At Kambukka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable drinkware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
